Judy has become busy and successful drawing distinct, flattering, live caricature entertainment for hire at corporate events, Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, graduations, grand openings, fundraisers, weddings and just about any event or celebration you can imagine, large or small! She has drawn at events at Stamford High School, the Italian Center of Stamford, UCONN Stamford, the Loading Dock, Chelsea Piers and Stamford Marriott to name a few, and at private house parties and public events in Stamford and lower Fairfield counties. She truly captures her subjects in a flattering and what she likes to call “non-theme park” style. You will not be insulted and will actually recognize yourself! Many times, adults still get a chuckle at seeing a drawing of themselves. Many have told Judy that she draws them better than they look, vs. some caricaturists who portray many in an unflattering light. Judy will portray kids in a cute and youthful fashion, and even some toddlers will point at themselves and smile! She also offers pre-drawn hobby bodies (no heads) for themed, budget-conscious events with lots of kids, and just heads drawn that day. And if BW hobby poses are chosen, Judy suggests scanning original art, printing and creating a coloring page at home, for an at-home activity for the child.

Judy loves to draw themed full or half body gift-quality caricatures by commission, which generally include, heading, title or even talk bubble, several props and a background. Or they can be as simple as a headshot, but all rendered in a tighter-than-live fashion, with great detail. These truly are great custom gifts for a special occasion, or anytime for the person, couple or family who has everything!
In addition to custom gift-quality caricatures, Judy has always loved to draw people, and while a full-time graphic designer, created some occasional pastel and charcoal portraits for friends, relatives or colleagues.
